Le Salon Privé is Bistro Saine’s private dining room. A self-contained space for the occasions that deserve one, with the same kitchen and standard of service, just for your group alone. Equipped with AV for presentations and meetings, it works as well for a working lunch as it does for a celebration dinner. Day delegate packages available, with the room yours for the day or evening.

The drinks list runs from the classics to the same classics with a Halligan twist, all sitting above St Patrick’s Square in the heart of Midtown. By day, the space works just as well for a meeting or conference breakout. By night, it’s available for private buyouts, cocktail receptions and evening functions, with the space yours from the first round to the last.
